He is deeply passionate about supporting and uplifting others, especially children and young people. For the past three years, Jordon has worked as a School Services Officer (SSO), gaining valuable experience alongside both students and educators. This role has helped him to become an amazing support worker, developing his skills on building respectful relationships, adapting to individual needs, and offering calm, compassionate guidance.
Jordon is a sports fanatic, enjoying everything from field hockey to tennis. He also has a strong love for the outdoors and the wildlife. He's always looking for new hobbies, challenges and experiences to continue growing. Jordon will soon begin a Bachelor of Education, with the goal of becoming a teacher in Physical Education and Outdoor Education.
Jordon is committed to being a positive role model; someone you can trust, talk to, and turn to for encouragement during tough times or everyday moments.

What does support work mean to you?
Support work to me means providing people with not only the care, but also with the experiences that I have been so lucky to have myself. I want to give people the chance to accomplish goals that will stick with them, and pay forward the awesome opportunities I've been lucky enough to have.
What is your support worker 'superpower'?
I'd say my superpower is my love of seeing people smashing goals and giving something a crack! There's truly something special in seeing others accomplishing something they might not have previously thought possible, and I want to facilitate these experiences as best as I can.
How would your friends describe you?
I think my friends would describe me as someone who is always willing to lend a hand, and goes out of there way to ensure others are having a good time. Also hopefully just a fun person to be around haha.
